My journey to pediatric sleep coaching started after an unexpected turn of events landed me a single, first-time mom with newborn twins. It quickly became clear I needed to become an expert on all things baby sleep if I was going to be able to show up for my babies as the best version of myself. Through applying a specially curated program to my own family, my infant twins went from bed sharing, taking turns nursing on demand all night (with me waking up 6-10x nightly) to sleeping eleven hours per night, in their own room, and taking reliable naps. It makes SUCH a difference in how I can show up for them and myself. I truly didn’t know how well they could sleep.
