My background as an Occupational Therapy Assistant compliments my training as a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant in bringing your family thoughtful, high-quality sleep solutions.

I create a customized plan that addresses your unique needs, providing supportive guidance every step of the way. I am passionate about helping families everywhere achieve the sleep they didn't know was possible. My approach is evidence-based, gentle, and responsive. I love Association Fading!

My journey to pediatric sleep coaching started as I found myself solo parenting as a first-time mom with newborn twins. It quickly became clear I needed to become an expert on all things baby sleep if I was going to be able to show up for my babies. Through tired eyes, I quickly got analysis paralysis! I was completing a Continuing Education credit about sleep for my OTA board certification renewal and I truly felt how much sleep deprivation was effecting every aspect of my life. I sought out more formal education! I knew I could use my new skill set to literally transform the lives of families everywhere! Through applying a specially curated program to my own family, my infant twins went from bed sharing, taking turns nursing on demand all night (with me waking up 4-10x nightly) to sleeping eleven hours per night, in their own room, and taking reliable naps at six months old. It makes SUCH a difference in how I can show up for them and myself. I truly didn’t know how well they could sleep.
