Whats the issue and how do I resolve it? I got you!
Every time my twins fell asleep at the same time, I pictured my to-do list getting shorter. For so long- that wasn't the case. Short naps were challenging my household. They almost won.... almost. I've been able to get them sleeping for long enough, consistently (without the bedtime battles!) with a program that can be adopted to met your families values, lifestyle, and choice.
Heres a list of common sleep challenges I have specialized training to help with. Being a parent doesn't mean you just can't sleep well. Let me help totally transform your life, energy and time if anything on this list looks familiar to you! You need to be sleeping and functioning well to show up for your child how you want to, and they need the right amount of sleep to meet all of their developmental needs.
Newborns confusing day and night, leading to frequent waking at night and difficulty establishing a day-night sleep pattern.
Hunger and frequent feedings disrupting sleep, feeding to sleep.
Sleep disruptions caused by discomfort from illness, gas, or teething.
Separation anxiety around 6 months and toddler age, causing night awakenings and difficulty falling asleep alone.
Overstimulation during the day or right before bedtime leading to trouble settling down to sleep.
Resistance to sleeping independently and reliance on bed-sharing, nursing, or parental presence to fall asleep.
Need to be held to stay asleep (after the first three or four months I mean- get those newborn baby snuggles, enjoy the nap trap!!)
Changes in sleep due to developmental milestones such as crawling or standing.
Environmental influences.
