The answer is yes, it is possible! Twin babies can both be good sleepers if set up correctly!
As a first time parent, an unexpected turn of events landed me a single mom right as my twin babies were born. I was entirely overwhelmed by and grateful for the opportunity to raise my favorite people. Very quickly, the realization struck me that becoming an expert on baby sleep would help me tremendously. Getting my babies on a better sleep schedule has helped me SO much. I'd love to share what i've learned with you. Here are some tips towards better sleep for your twins.

It's okay to have both parents be part of the bedtime routine.
They should each have their own space dedicated to sleep.
Keeping them on the same schedule will help you a ton!
Always start the day with the earliest riser (after 6am, of course!).
Positive reinforcement for the twin following the rules before correcting the twin who is ignoring the healthy boundary you've established.
It's normal for one twin to have slightly higher sleep needs than the other twin.
As a twin mom I feel passionate about supporting other twin parents. As much or little as they need, in a way that aligns with their values. Because of this, all twin parents receive 5% off any one on one sleep consultation program offered by Restful Naps and Nights LLC. Of course- both twins sleeps needs will be addressed during one 12 day coaching package. Click this link to schedule a call and mention code TWINPARENTS5 during our first chat.
Get both babies sleeping the best they can and get the support you need!
You are super parents and you're doing great!
